CANCELLATION POLICY
Thank you for booking with me! I understand that unexpected circumstances can arise that may require you to cancel your appointment. To ensure fairness and to establish clear guidelines, I have implemented the following cancellation policy: 1. Cancellation by the client: For cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost will be charged or forfeited from any deposit or prepayment made. 2. Cancellation by the business: In the unlikely event that I have to cancel your appointment, I will make every effort to provide advance notice and offer alternative options. If the cancellation is due to circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather conditions or unforeseen emergencies, no cancellation fee will be charged, and any deposit or prepayment will be fully refunded. 3. No-show policy: A client who fails to show up for their scheduled service without prior notice will be charged a no-show fee of 100% of the total service cost without any refund of deposits or prepayments made. Rebooking Policy: In cases where a cancellation fee is applied, clients may have the option to reschedule their service within a specified time frame without incurring an additional fee. This is subject to availability and must be communicated and confirmed by both parties. I understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur, and I will always try to be understanding and flexible whenever possible.
